Terms of Service
Last updated July 1, 2026
By using MosquitoZone, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What MosquitoZone is
MosquitoZone provides a free, daily, estimated mosquito forecast for U.S. towns, built from public data. It is for general information only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for professional judgment. It is a defensible heuristic, not a validated epidemiological model, and it cannot tell you whether any specific mosquito carries disease. If you develop a fever, headache, or other symptoms after mosquito bites, contact a healthcare professional and see CDC guidance.
No warranty
The site and its scores are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The underlying data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We don't guarantee the site will be accurate, available, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MosquitoZone and its maintainer are not liable for any decision you make, or any loss or harm you suffer, based on the site or its scores. Use your own judgment and consult professionals for health decisions.
Acceptable use
Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it unlawfully. The MosquitoZone name, design, and content are ours; the cited public data belongs to its respective sources.
